- All products purchased from Prodarts.lv have a manufacturer's warranty.
- The warranty period for products is different as specified by the manufacturer.
- Information about the manufacturer's warranty period for a specific product can be found in the product description.
- In cases where the manufacturer has set a warranty period shorter than two years, the consumer has the right to file a claim for non-compliance with the terms of the contract within two years of the purchase.
- The right to file a claim is valid if the product was used only under intended conditions and only for household purposes.
- Legal entities that are not consumers are only entitled to the manufacturer's specified warranty period.
- We inform you that the manufacturer's warranty conditions apply if the buyer can show:
- 7.1. A purchase-confirming document (check, invoice);
- 7.2. The manufacturer or distributor's warranty card (in case the manufacturer or distributor has included it in the product package).
- We inform you that the warranty conditions do not apply to additional accessories of the product (for example, product accessories), power elements (for example, batteries, batteries), accessories with limited resources (for example, fuses, earbuds, microphones).
- The manufacturer's warranty conditions do not apply to damages caused by the fault of the buyer or user and they are:
- 9.1. Warranty does not cover damage to the warranty seal, serial number;
- 9.2. The product has not been used for its intended purpose and has not been operated in accordance with the instructions for use of the product;
- 9.3. Scratched, broken structures, shattered screen, water damage in unintended places, product cleaned with inappropriate means, if there are items that do not belong to the product, if there is insect penetration into the product, or any other signs indicating improper use of the product;
- 9.4. If the damage is caused by the voltage supply, telecommunications, cable network not complying with the manufacturer's standards, rapid temperature changes, and other household and external factors such as smoke, dust, humidity, impacts, scratches;
- 9.5. If the product shows signs of unqualified repair;
- 9.6. In case of natural wear and tear;
- 9.7. If the product has been used with non-standard power blocks, accessories and spare parts, and raw materials that have not been certified for use with the specified product, and if this has caused damage to the product;
- 9.8. The warranty does not apply to additional equipment - batteries, headphones, connecting cables, charging devices, remotes;
- 9.9. If the product has been used for production or professional purposes (if the product is not intended for these purposes);
- 9.10. The warranty does not apply if the damage is caused by incorrect transportation of the product.
- In case the product is damaged, the buyer has the following options:
- 10.1.Go to the service center specified in the warranty ticket by the manufacturer or distributor (bring along the purchase proof document and the warranty ticket) - we recommend this as the quickest option to repair the damage to the product;
- 10.2. Call 26406200 or write to info@prodarts.lv, where a ProDarts employee will listen to the buyer and recommend the best solution.
- In case the warranty service is not applicable but the buyer refuses to pay for the repair, the buyer must cover the diagnostic costs and receive a conclusion from the Service Center about the damages detected. If the buyer agrees to pay for the repair, diagnostic costs are not applicable.
We remind you that consumers have the right to claim for a non-compliant product within 24 months from the date of delivery of the product, as specified by law.
