Each barrel is crafted from 95% tungsten and features a tapered front profile that mirrors Nathan’s preferred balance and grip positioning. Using advanced CNC milling and multiple precision re-machining processes, the barrel incorporates a combination of fine ring cuts and deeper radial grooves to provide a multi-textured grip. Finished with black PVD performance coating to enhance durability and a striking visual contrast against the red painted rings.
The dart set includes black Swiss Storm Points in both 26mm and 30mm lengths, offering a seamless fit between point and barrel for improved aerodynamics and reduced deflection. The Swiss Point system enables quick, secure point changes using the included premium Swiss Point tool, allowing players to customise setup and maintain peak performance with ease.
Completing the design are exclusive K-Flex No.2 short (19mm) flights and shafts, featuring Nathan Aspinall’s “The Asp” branding. Manufactured using precision injection moulding, the K-Flex system integrates the shaft and flight into a single component for enhanced durability and consistent 90-degree flight stability. The transparent red finish with subtle metallic gradients completes the look, reflecting Aspinall’s trademark energy and confidence on the oche.
